Favourable location, ASTONISHING view, spacious bedroom. Big size rooms with satellite television, climate control, and a microwave. Comfortable decor. Location near center of Baska Voda. Not far from the island, and old town.

Had easy check in, we liked it. It had very clean bed, views over the sea. Having a bathtub was great: )

The location is fantastic, just a short walk away from the lively old town. The rooms are bright and spacious, with comfortable beds and wonderful balconies offering stunning views. The owners are extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. Also, there are supermarkets conveniently located nearby.

The traffic around the hotel can be quite congested, especially if you are driving.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Apartments & Rooms Zaja. The modern rooms were beautifully designed and had a nice finish. The location was perfect, as it was close to shopping, a bakery, and the old town. The manager, who spoke excellent English, was friendly and accommodating. Additionally, there was ample parking available once I found the address.

The noise from the boardwalk at night can be heard in the apartments. A fee is charged for using the air condition.

Nothing to fault

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The host was really nice and considerate, providing easy check-in and check-out. They even lent us a baby bed for free. The apartment was nice and close to the center of the city. The facilities were great, with a supermarket nearby. The kitchen equipment was sufficient. The balcony had an amazing view. The hotel offered off-street parking and had good transportation links, being on the flight path to Split airport.

I had an excellent one-night stay in a bright and extremely spacious apartment with a nice balcony and a warm welcome from the hostess.

The rooms at Apartments & Rooms Zaja were spacious, clean, and modern with all the amenities we needed. the water pressure in the shower was amazing, like a massage! the host was lovely and accommodating, even when we arrived early. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Excellent apartment with all the necessary facilities, including a washing machine. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful balcony that offered amazing views. Despite some small drawbacks like a dripping kitchen tap and a small shower, our stay was memorable. We highly recommend this place! a fabulous experience.
